About the Position
As a Customer Service Associate, you will provide world-class customer service while assisting customers with a variety of shipping, printing, packing, and administrative needs.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting customers with shipping and returns
- Processing printing, copying, scanning, and faxing requests
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Performing basic administrative and customer service tasks
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
- Learning and using our equipment and store systems
- Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Working effectively as part of a team
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be available to work both weekdays and weekends
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more
- Must be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Must have a reliable transportation
- Must be comfortable interacting with the public on a daily basis
- Must be reliable and committed to the agreed-upon work schedule
