What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at The UPS Store Falmouth?
The UPS Store helps a diverse mix of local businesses and individuals with its printing, packing and shipping services. We pride ourselves on our friendly and efficient customer service, and our flexible products that can be tailored to the needs of individual customers.
As a customer service associate, you will be working at a retail location assisting our customers with selecting the services that are most appropriate for their needs. Your role will be to facilitate a smooth experience for our customers in navigating our variety of shipping and office services. You will need to input customer information into a computer, and operate a cash register to complete transactions. Prior customer service and cash handling experience is preferable, but not required. We are looking for a detail oriented individual who is capable of taking on and learning new skills quickly.
Applicants need to be authorized to work in the United States, and must be at least 16 years of age. Additionally, while this is not a warehouse job, we do move packages on a daily basis, so applicants need to be able to handle and move boxes up to 30-40lbs in weight.
There are both seasonal and long term positions available, depending on applicant.
