Responsibilities:

• Assist with inventory, technology, back-office processes, opening/closing procedures, and much more.
• Collaborate with team members to develop a marketing store strategy.
• Assist new store employees.
• Suggest new ideas to improve store's performance and productivity.
• Create a culture that consistently delivers a best-in-class customer experience.
• Become an expert in all products and services, proactively learning about new programs, policies, etc.
• Become a Notary in Massachusetts and/or Rhode Island depending on store location.

• Our franchise currently operates 6 locations across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. We are looking for a part-time sales associate to help out our team primarily in our Barrington, RI and Seekonk, MA locations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

• Are you available to work Monday through Friday between 7:45am and 6:45pm?
• Are you available to work Saturdays between 8:45am and 4:15pm?
• Are you available to work Sundays between 9:45am and 3:15pm?
• Are you able to reliably commute to stores in both Barrington, RI and Seekonk, MA?

• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
