- Maintain well-stocked shelves through efficient stocking and merchandising practices
- Handle retail store product knowledge to answer customer questions confidently and clearly
- Process retail transactions smoothly, including cash drawer handling and basic math calculations
- Support inventory management by conducting stock checks and organizing merchandise displays
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors
- Promote store promotions and new products to encourage sales growth
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
