Job Title: The UPS Store AssociateI. Position Summary:

➢ Retail environment selling various products and services using the cross-selling and up-selling techniques.Provide excellent customer service working directly with customers to learn their needs and determine and offer the products and services that will benefit them. Responsible for performing necessary tasks for customers and performing sales transactions.

Il. Major Duties and Responsibilities: ➢ Provide customer service working directly with customers➢ Gain skill and knowledge necessary to operate copy/print equipment➢ Perform sales transactions➢ Process shipments➢ Process receipt of items and packages➢ Process customer account transactions➢ Handle receipt of mail and packages➢ Manually package items to be shipped➢ Receive, count, and stock supplies and inventory➢ Conduct training regularly

III. Minor Duties and Responsibilities: ➢ Assist with opening and closing the store➢ Maintain cleanliness and organization of customer work stations, retail item stations, equipment, employee work stations, etc.➢ Answer calls and provide customer service over the phone➢ Perform other tasks as needed

IV. Education Qualifications: ➢ High School Diploma or Equivalent

V. Experience Qualifications: ➢ Experience working in a retail environment➢ Experience providing customer service working directly with customers➢ Experience working with computers

Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
