UPS Store Associate / Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused team member to join our UPS Store. Previous experience working at a UPS Store, FedEx Office, or similar shipping center is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with shipping packages through UPS, USPS, and other carriers
- Process Amazon Returns and other prepaid drop-off services
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
- Operate print, copy, scanning, fax, and document finishing equipment
- Perform notary services (or be willing to become a licensed Notary Public)
- Help customers with mailbox rentals and package pickups
- Pack and prepare items for shipment using proper packing techniques
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
Qualifications:
- Previous UPS Store experience is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using computers and handling multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Retail, shipping, printing, or office services experience is a plus

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
