Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and customer-focused Seasonal Retail Associate to join our team at UPS Store. As a key member of our store, you will assist customers with shipping, printing, and other business services while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide solutions for shipping, packing, printing, and mailbox services
• Accurately handle cash register and point-of-sale transactions
• Process shipments using UPS, USPS, and other carriers
• Package shipments safely according to UPS Store guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Email, POS systems)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
• Notary Public certification preferred
• Previous experience at a UPS Store is preferred

Schedule:

• Part-time or Full-time hours (flexible scheduling, including weekends)

Compensation:

• Starting at $14 per hour, depending on experience.
