What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Store Associate position at The UPS Store 7408?
We are seeking a dynamic Front Store Retail Associate to join our team. We are looking for some one to work on weekdays in the evening and on some weekends. If you have a passion for sales and customer service and can work these shifts, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced retail environment, and you must be able to work by yourself and work well under pressure. 2 WEEKS of training at our Liberty hill store is a must. and employees must be able to work every other weekend. must be flexible to work both of these shifts 7:30am-1:30pm or 1:30pm to 6:30pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service
- Assist customers to determine the best way to ship their packages
- Assist customers with document services
- Pack merchandise for shipment and process the shipment
- Ring sales in a computerized register
- Maintain a clean, customer friendly environment in the store and other tasks that are included on job assignments
- The position requires standing, bending and reaching. Frequent lifting of 1 to 5 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 40-50 pounds
- Has to be available for Saturday and Sunday

- HAVE to work on rotating weekends.
