The UPS Store in Fullerton is looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused Sales Associate or Assistant Store Manager to join our growing team.

Every day is different—you'll help customers ship important packages, create professional print projects, manage mailbox services, and provide business solutions that make a real difference.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Assist customers with shipping, packing, mailbox services, Amazon Returns, and other business services.
- Recommend products and services that best fit each customer's needs.
- Process UPS shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Produce high-quality printing, copying, binding, laminating, and finishing projects.
- Pack fragile, valuable, and oversized items with care.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately process transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Assistant Store Manager Responsibilities
In addition to the duties above, you will:
- Support the Store Manager with daily operations.
- Coach and train team members.
- Assist with scheduling and staff development.
- Manage inventory and order supplies.
- Help ensure operational excellence and outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Lead the store when the Store Manager is unavailable.
- Availability to work over the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
Qualifications:
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Weekend availability, including Saturdays and Sundays.
Preferred
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Experience at The UPS Store, FedEx Office, USPS, Staples, Office Depot, or another shipping/printing environment.
- Printing or graphic design experience.
- Cash handling and point-of-sale experience.
- Sales experience with the ability to recommend products and services.
- Supervisory or leadership experience (Store Manager Assistant).
