Immediate PART TIME/FULL TIME Retail Associate for The UPS Store in Bad Axe
We are located inside Meijer.
This is a RETAIL CENTER Position. Not UPS Driving or sorting.
Must be available to work within hours of operations listed, this includes weekends (Sat/Sun).
Part Time Average weekly hours 20-25 per week.
Full Time Average 32-36 Weekly - Must be available all scheduled open hours.
Looking for candidates for full/part time position and hours could change/increase during peak times or if the need arises due to seasonal needs (Nov/Dec/Jan).
We are open Monday thru Friday from 8am - 6pm and Saturday form 8am to 4pm. Sunday 10am - 3pm. Rotating working weekends will be required.
RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
- Packages shipments for safe arrival, including assembling stock boxes, building custom boxes, and properly cushioning contents.
- This is a Retail Position and requires being on your feet your entire shift assisting customer and support other employees.
- Must maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- May open and/or close the store and perform end-of-day.
- Develops as a team player and is critical to the production process
- Completes tasks independently in a quick turn environment
RETAIL SALES ASSCOCIATE QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required
- Retail/customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Programs: Word, Publisher, Office and other programs
- MUST be able to lift 40 lbs or more daily, with no restrictions
- Non-smoking environment
- Able to work collaboratively with others and customers
- Must be an energetic self-starter who is driven to succeed
- Willing and able to work a very flexible, part-time schedule that may span Monday through Saturday during seasonal peak periods and during peak season on Sundays.
