The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, Quickbooks data entry, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, purchasing, job advertising and other daily tasks. - Create and send customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
- Perform daily deposit reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and analysis

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior accounting internship or related work experience
- Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks
