What You'll Do

* Greet every customer with a friendly, professional attitude.

* Identify customer needs and recommend products and services that provide value.

* Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction.

* Process shipping transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.

* Pack items securely using approved packing techniques and materials.

* Receive, weigh, label, and process domestic and international shipments.

* Sort and distribute mailbox mail accurately.

* Assist customers with printing, copying, faxing, scanning, and other business services.

* Operate office equipment safely and efficiently.

* Stock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized retail environment.

* Complete end-of-day cash reconciliation and other closing procedures.

* Perform general housekeeping and assist with other duties as needed.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED required.

* Six months to one year of customer service or retail experience is preferred.

* Experience with a point-of-sale (POS) system is a plus.

* Ability to communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and by email.

* Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and accept coaching to continually improve.

Physical Requirements

* Regularly lift and move packages weighing 25–35 pounds.

* Occasionally lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds.

* Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.

* Must be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced retail environment.

Schedule

This is an onsite position. Store hours are **8:30 AM to 6:30 PM**, with employee shifts generally scheduled between **8:15 AM and 6:45 PM**. Some flexibility in scheduling is required.
