Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with shipping, mailing, printing, and business service needs.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and accurately process transactions.
- Maintain an organized and attractive retail area.
- Handle packaging and shipping of items carefully and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Support team members and participate in daily operational tasks.
- Optional: Perform notary services if certified (not required).
- Optional: Perform Fingerprint services if certified (not required).
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. if needed.
- Comfortable operating computers and basic office software.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Notary commission a plus, but not required.
Work Schedule:
- Flexible part-time hours, typically 30 hours per week.
- Morning, mid-day, or evening shifts; availability for weekends required

Requirements
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Basic math skills, including proficiency with retail math and 10 key typing skills
- Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Ability to perform cash handling accurately and manage cash registers confidently
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- A positive attitude with a proactive approach to customer service and sales goals
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
