Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with shipping, packing, and printing services
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness and inventory organization
- Process mail and packages, including USPS, UPS, and international shipments
- Support mailbox rental customers and manage incoming deliveries
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations for products and services
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, printing software)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Weekends required
