*This is an Associate position for The UPS Store #6447 in 'Ewa Beach*
**This is NOT a UPS driver or UPS corporate position**
Primary responsibility is to deliver world-class customer service to customers. This requires strong interpersonal skills, effective oral/written communication skills and the ability to work well with others. Computer application knowledge, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) is required. Knowledge of Internet applications is preferred. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for several hours at a time and ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Processing shipments
- Packing and shipping items
- Checking in packages and sorting mail
- Answering phones
- Copying, printing, faxing, passport photos
- Processing Amazon returns
- Answer customer questions about products and services.
- Process payments and complete sales transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Restock shelves as needed.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
