Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Center Associate delivers world-class customer service to all retail customers by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment and operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices. The Associate expertly advises our valued customers by providing accurate information on our array of products, services, and best-value options and exhibits confidence by knowing best practices related to the industry.
Duties:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and fulfilling customer needs
Takes ownership of the customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Stock shelves and merchandise products
Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others
Assist with inventory management and replenishment
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST be available to work on weekends both Saturday (8am - 4pm) and
Sunday (11am-4pm)
Must be able to work closing shift hours until 7:30pm during the week as needed
High school diploma or GED required
Customer Service Experience preferred
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math
Prompt, reliable, and responsible
MUST be able to work on weekends or closing shift hours until 7:30pm
Able to lift 50 pounds
Must be able to pass a background check
