Duties
- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Assist customers with service selection, providing detailed information on features and benefits
- Process sales transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving questions or concerns promptly and professionally
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting stock counts
- Maintain a clean work space, wiping counters, cleaning shelves and machines, vacuuming, etc.
Requirements
- Must be 17
- Must speak English
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is required; enthusiasm is key!
- Basic math skills, including retail math and cash handling
- Strong communication skills with an energetic approach to engaging customers
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and a positive attitude
- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences and teamwork
- Spanish preferred! (But not required)
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
