Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and energetic manner, providing assistance and guidance on our wide range of UPS Store services. From packaging and shipping to printing and document services, you'll be the go-to person for all their needs.
- Upselling and Cross-selling: Take initiative in upselling and cross-selling various UPS Store products and services to customers. Whether it's recommending packing materials for shipping or suggesting additional printing options, your knowledge and enthusiasm will drive sales.
- Equipment Operation: Learn to operate and maintain copiers, printers, binders, and laminators to assist customers with their document needs. Become proficient in using these tools to provide efficient and high-quality service.
- Notary Services: Demonstrate a willingness to become a Notary Public, an essential service offered at our UPS Store. Undergo training and certification to fulfill this important role in our community. The cost of the Notary Public training and certification will be covered by the store.
- High Learning Curve: Be prepared for a steep learning curve as you immerse yourself in various aspects of our UPS Store operations. Utilize your training to become proficient in all areas of service and effectively assist our customers.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

- Sales-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
