**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. **Duties:** - Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product information in a friendly and professional manner. - Engage in retail sales, using your knowledge of products and services to make informed recommendations to customers. - Utilize your basic math skills to accurately process transactions, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a balanced cash drawer. - Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the cash register area. - Apply your sales skills to upsell and promote relevant products to customers. - Develop a strong understanding of retail math to accurately calculate discounts, promotions, and cash handling. - Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and professional work environment. **Requirements:** - High school diploma or equivalent. - Experience in retail sales or customer service. - Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately. - Proficiency in using a cash register and handling cash and credit transactions. - Strong sales and customer service skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. - Willingness to learn and apply retail math skills. - Ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment. Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
