As a Retail Associate at The UPS Store, you will be the face of our brand, providing excellent customer service and support in a fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and determine their service needs in a friendly, professional manner
- Pack and ship packages using UPS and other carrier systems
- Process retail transactions, including printing, copying, notary, and mailbox services
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash, credit card, and other transactions accurately
- Assist in managing inventory, restocking supplies, and receiving deliveries
- Follow store policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent customer experiences
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus
- Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends or holidays as needed
