The UPS Store, Terre Haute, needs a part-time retail worker for a fast-paced energetic sales associate.
About Our Workplace: At The UPS Store, Terre Haute, you will provide an exceptional customer experience and educate the customer on all the products and services provided.
Retail Sales Associate Job Responsibilities:
- Greets customers and demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
- Helps customers select products, answers questions, and shares product knowledge.
- Processes purchases and returns.
- Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Helps with the store opening and closing process.
- Capable of managing high volume situations.
Work Hours and Benefits: The store is open 7 days a week and for this position we are looking to fill 25-30 hours a week. This will include evenings and some weekends. Benefits offered are competitive pay, and PTO time.
Retail Sales Associate Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
- Learns about new product offerings quickly.
- Collaborates well with the retail team and has strong interpersonal skill.
- Microsoft office proficient.
- Must be able to lift awkward 75-pound boxes.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Sales experience preferred.
