Full Job Description
Primary responsibility is to deliver world-class customer service to customers. This requires strong interpersonal skills, effective oral/written communication skills and the ability to work well with others. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. A positive attitude will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied. Computer application knowledge, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), is recommended and may be required. Knowledge of Internet applications is preferred. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for several hours at a time and ability to lift 25-50 lb.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
Skills
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Need to have minimum knowledge of computer usage.
