What You'll Be Doing

As a Part-Time Center Associate, you'll help keep our store running smoothly while making sure every customer receives friendly, professional service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and providing friendly, helpful service.
• Assisting with shipping, package drop-offs, returns, and packing services.
• Helping customers choose the right products and services for their needs.
• Processing transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
• Assisting with printing, copying, scanning, and other business services.
• Answering phone calls and responding to customer questions.
• Keeping the store clean, organized, and ready for business.
• Working with teammates to keep things moving during busy periods.
• Learning new services and procedures as needed.
• Handling other store responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required. Experience with Microsoft Office or Adobe software is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good spelling and basic math skills.
• Ability to lift packages weighing 40 pounds or more.
• Ability to stand, move around, and remain active throughout your shift.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays as scheduled.

Work Schedule & Availability

This is a part-time position averaging 20–25 hours per week.

Candidates must be available to work both Saturdays and Sundays as needed. However, working every weekend is not required, and weekend shifts will vary based on scheduling and business needs.

During peak seasons, particularly the holiday shipping season, additional hours may be available or required to support increased customer traffic and store operations.

We're looking for someone who can maintain a dependable schedule and be counted on when the team needs them.
