The UPS Store is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Full-Time Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong attention to detail, and can thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Schedule:
- 4–5 weekdays per week
- 1 weekend day per week
- Consistent full-time hours with opportunities for additional shifts as needed
Pay:
- Starting at $15.00 per hour for the first 90 days
- Performance review after 90 days with discussion of potential pay increases and growth opportunities based on performance, reliability, and contribution to the team
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist customers with shipping, packaging, and mailing services
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions
- Handle printing, copying, and other business service requests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
- Learn and follow UPS Store procedures and policies
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
- Basic computer and cash-handling skills
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
- Ability to stand for the duration of a full shift
- Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
