We are a small business not associated with the UPS delivery. This is a job position with the ship store on Bryden.
We are looking for store manager, who will provide products/services to our customers with accuracy and efficiency. Must be able to provide excellent, friendly customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using QuickBooks for basic accounting and reporting

Preferred Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar leadership role
- Experience with inventory management, ordering, and vendor relations
- Knowledge of retail sales strategies, merchandising, and customer engagement
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic troubleshooting
- Experience analyzing sales reports and using data to drive performance
- Background in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Strong conflict‑resolution and customer‑service skills
- Ability to create staff schedules and manage labor budgets
- Experience improving store processes or implementing new systems
