The ideal candidate will have a sunny disposition, the ability to chat with anyone, and a love for wrapping presents like it's nobody's business. As Chief Smiling Officer, you'll be responsible for greeting customers, checking in packages, and making everyone in line feel like they're on vacation in Hawaii with no worries in sight.
To be considered for this prestigious position, you must pass a smile test (yes, it's a real thing), have the ability to turn lemons into lemonade, and be willing to wear a ridiculous hat on occasion (we're serious, we have a hat collection).
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers with a smile that would make the sun jealous
- Being knowledgeable about all UPS Store services and offerings
- Looking for ways to make customer's day better
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere in the store
- Cracking jokes (bad ones are highly encouraged)
- Making every package that comes through the store feel like it's on a first-class vacation
Requirements:
