Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional, helpful service
- Process shipments, printing orders, packaging requests, and mailbox services
- Offer knowledgeable recommendations on shipping and printing solutions
- Use store equipment confidently, including computers, laminators, copiers, and POS systems
- Keep the store tidy, organized, and visually appealing
- Promote products and services that benefit customers
