- Greet and assist customers with shipping, packaging, and printing services
- Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
- Answer customer questions and recommend appropriate services
- Pack and label shipments according to company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
- Support daily operations and work collaboratively with team members
- Assist customers with printing needs
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
