Join the fast paced, customer service focused team at The UPS Store in Branson, Missouri. We are currently seeking a part time Sales Associate.
Our Sales Associates provide business services that include packing and shipping, managing mail and packages, printing and copying, and providing other general business services in an active, professional environment.
Candidate should be motivated, possess exceptional customer service skills, be comfortable using a computer in a fast-paced retail environment, and be passionate about helping customers find solutions that meet and exceed their expectations. This position requires detail-oriented focus and a dedication to providing world-class customer service.
We are looking for someone to work 25-30 hours/week during the day on weekends and Monday through Friday. This is a year-round position with extra hours available during the peak holiday season. Store hours are 8:00am – 6:30pm Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 3:00pm Saturday, and 10:00am – 3:00pm Sunday.
We provide paid training and the opportunity to work with and gain exposure to digital printing/graphics production.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their printing, packing, shipping, and other small business needs
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Welcome customers to the store and answer their questions
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
Skills
- Retail sales experience, preferred but not required
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance
- Speak, read, and write English.
- Perform basic math
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Basic computer skills
- Lift 50 pounds
- The ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of printing or graphic design is a plus but not required
