The UPS Store in Fishers is looking for a Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers and wants to build experience in customer service, retail sales, shipping, printing, and small-business services.
What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Help customers with shipping, packing, printing, copying, scanning, faxing, and other store services
- Recommend products and services based on customer needs
- Process customer transactions accurately
- Prepare packages and shipments
- Assist with printing and document projects
- Answer phones and respond to customer questions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store
- Follow company procedures for shipping, customer service, and cash handling
- Help create a positive experience for every customer who walks through our door

Schedule
We are looking for candidates with flexible availability, including availability during store hours and some weekends as needed.
