Store Associate

Job Summary:

Duties:

· Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with product selection to enhance their shopping experience

· Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring products are properly displayed, labeled, and organized according to merchandising standards

· Conduct shipping and receiving activities,

· Maintain cleanliness of the store environment by performing routine cleaning tasks and organizing storage areas for safety and efficiency

· Support retail sales through cashiering duties, processing transactions accurately, and providing excellent customer service

· Assist in inventory management tasks such as cycle counts, stock audits, and reporting discrepancies promptly

· Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations, proper packaging of products, and timely restocking of shelves

· Communicate effectively across departments

Experience:

· Previous retail store experience or restaurant experience is highly preferred

· Familiarity with inventory management systems, RF scanners,

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent communication skills are a plus for serving diverse customer bases

· Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory counting are essential

· Demonstrated ability to perform moderate lifting (up to 40lbs) safely while following proper lifting practices

· Experience in customer service roles that require active listening and problem-solving abilities

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
