Job Summary: As a Sales Associate at The UPS Store, you will be the face of our business, providing excellent customer service and assisting with various store operations. You will help customers with shipping, printing, and other business services, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and transactions.
- Provide information on products and services, including shipping options, printing services, and mailbox rentals.
- Process shipments, including packing, labeling, and tracking packages.
- Operate printing and copying equipment to fulfill customer orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
- Promote additional products and services to meet customer needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
