Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Provide detailed information about merchandise, promotions, and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Good customer service with returns
- Maintain good skills of typing for customer adresses
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform cashiering duties confidently.
- Good typing skills required
