The UPS Store in Mt. Kisco is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Part-Time Center Associate to join our team.
This is a great position for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and staying busy. Our team works collaboratively, and everyone pitches in wherever needed. Whether you're helping a customer ship an important package, printing a presentation, organizing inventory, or keeping the store looking its best, you'll play an important role in delivering a great customer experience.
Because reliability is essential to our business, we're looking for someone who can consistently work the scheduled shifts and who lives within a reasonable commuting distance of Mt. Kisco.
Schedule
This is a part-time position with a regular, predictable schedule:
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Approximately 21 hours per week.
Applicants should be available for all three regularly scheduled shifts.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to every customer, in person and over the phone
- Assist customers with shipping through UPS and other carriers while recommending the best shipping options
- Process incoming packages, mailbox services, returns, printing, document finishing, and other business services
- Operate point-of-sale systems, shipping software, copiers, printers, laminators, binding equipment, and other business equipment
- Learn our full range of products and services so you can confidently recommend solutions that meet customers' needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
- Receive inventory and help stock retail merchandise
- Work collaboratively with teammates and assist wherever needed
- Follow established operational procedures and security standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Retail, hospitality, shipping, printing, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the workday
- Reliable availability for the Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday schedule

Compensation
$18.00 per hour
