The Temporary Data Migration Assistant provides administrative support to the Housing & Financial Counseling Programs team by assisting with the migration of client information into the NeighborWorks Compass case management system. This project-based position is responsible for uploading client documents, transferring historical case notes, verifying file completeness, and ensuring accurate organization of electronic client records. Employment is expected to conclude upon completion of the project.

- Upload client documents into the NeighborWorks Compass case management system.
- Transfer historical client case notes from legacy systems into Compass.
- Verify that uploaded documents are correctly associated with the appropriate client record.
- Review migrated files for completeness and accuracy.
- Organize electronic documents using established naming conventions and filing procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with HUD requirements, agency policies, and privacy regulations.
- Track assigned workload and provide periodic progress updates.
- Assist with other administrative data cleanup activities related to the Compass implementation, as assigned.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.
- Ability to quickly learn new software systems.
- Comfortable performing repetitive computer-based work for extended periods.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree or relevant administrative experience preferred.

- Experience entering data into databases or case management systems.
- Experience working with electronic records or document management systems.
- Previous administrative or clerical experience.
