- Experience with customer service to meet quality and satisfaction goals.

Job Duties:
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure programs are registered accurately and fully.
- Review program activities to ensure alignment with Visiting Education guidelines and UTMB policies/regulations.
- Schedule and organize pre-visit meetings or calls to discuss program specifics.
- Manage the registration process for visitors, including collecting necessary information and documentation, per the hosting department’s needs.
- Ensure compliance with UTMB policies and procedures for visitor access.
- Collect feedback from visitors and internal departments to assess the program's success. And analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all program participants and activities.
- Ensure programs are established with the channels to market the program to potential participants.
- Provide training to staff on compliance requirements and best practices.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure programs are adjusted accordingly.
