Job Summary
Provides centralized coordination, maintenance, and optimization of clinician scheduling templates and related system configurations across Ambulatory and Ancillary departments. Responsible for managing template change requests, ensuring alignment with operational workflows, system standards, and organizational priorities.
Serves as a liaison between clinicians, clinic staff, operational leadership, and Information Technology to support template design, system functionality, and workflow standardization. Supports scheduling optimization initiatives to improve patient access, clinician productivity, and operational efficiency.

Education & Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Three (3) years of experience in healthcare operations and clinician scheduling
- An equivalent combination of education and experience relevant to the role may be considered
- Three (3) years experience with Epic systems, specifically Cadence scheduling functionality; including Physician Schedule maintenance, template build, scheduling optimization, or access management, and front office scheduling workflows.
- Experience working with healthcare operational data, reporting, or workflow analysis
Preferred:
- Epic certification in applicable modules (e.g., Cadence)
- Relevant healthcare system training certifications
