Preparing and painting of walls, ceilings, door frames, staining and sealing of wooden doors, painting exterior surfaces of buildings.
Minimum Education And Experience
High School diploma or GED. Six months of related experience is acceptable in lieu of a High School Diploma or GED. 1 year of experience as a painter in a residential or commercial setting. Must have a valid Texas Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
Preferred Education And Experience
To the extent this position requires the holder to research, work on, or have access to critical infrastructure as defined in Section 117.001(2) of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, the ability to maintain the security or integrity of the critical infrastructure is a minimum qualification to be hired and to continue to be employed in the position.

Work Notice: Work will be performed on site and in-person.
May be required to report to on-site work location during campus closure.
May be required to report to on-site work location during inclement weather.
