The Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach will oversee all aspects of strength and conditioning for Men’s Basketball.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified Certification ( SCCC ) or Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification ( CSCS ).
- CPR /first aid/ AED certified.
- Two (2) years of previous experience in being the sole strength and conditioning Coach for a collegiate Men’s Basketball team.
- Master’s degree.
- More than three (3) years of previous experience in being the sole strength and conditioning Coach for an NCAA Division1 Men’s Basketball team.
- Design and implement year-round strength and conditioning training programs for Men’s Basketball.
- Distribute nutritional supplements and educate the student-athletes on nutrition.
- Collaborate with athletic training staff to accommodate for any injured athlete and make necessary modifications.
- Collaborate with Men’s Basketball staff regarding the program and progress.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
