Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, web design, information technology, or a related field.
- Five (5) years of professional experience in digital marketing, web/UX, CRM systems, or an equivalent mix of education and relevant experience in similar role.
- Experience with content management systems ( CMS ) and knowledge of basic web development ( HTML , CSS ).
- Master’s degree in marketing, communications, web design, information technology, or a related field.
- Seven (7) years of professional experience in digital marketing, web/UX, CRM systems, or related area.
- Experience with Slate or another CRM used in higher education.
- Experience working in higher education marketing, admissions, or enrollment management.
Digital Strategy & Innovation
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that supports enrollment growth and student success.
- Monitor and assess industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually advance UTA’s digital presence.
- Implement data-driven improvements to digital touchpoints that streamline the prospective student journey.
- Oversee digital advertising initiatives that support recruitment and retention.
- Ensure campaigns are optimized for reach, relevance, and ROI .
- Collaborate with admissions teams to integrate organic and paid media into cohesive digital campaigns.
- Oversee development, maintenance, and optimization of enrollment-related web content.
- Ensure accuracy, accessibility, and strong UX design across digital platforms.
- Partner with enrollment leadership, Marketing, Messaging and Engagement, Office of Information Technology, and academic units to ensure alignment with institutional goals.
- Lead the design, development, and enhancement of Slate portals to improve personalization, self-service options, and engagement.
- Support the development of automated and segmented communications within the CRM to drive targeted outreach and follow-up.
- Manage and mentor a digital team including web, email, and advertising leads.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and data-informed culture.
- Provide professional development opportunities and encourage continuous learning.
