Essential Functions
Bachelor’s degree and (2) years of relevant experience in human resources, academic administration, faculty affairs, or a related administrative function; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Essential Functions
- Oversees the accurate and timely processing of faculty HR actions for assigned colleges.
- Serves as the primary point of contact to assigned colleges, providing guidance on academic HR life cycle processes including faculty postings, faculty recruitment, instructor assignments, faculty appointments and reappointments, faculty reviews, and dossier submission.
- Serves as the primary source for maintaining faculty HR records and managing official faculty counts.
- Partners with Academic HR leadership to identify patterns, trends, recommendations, and concerns using metrics and data analysis.
- Responsible for training administrators on academic HR life cycle processes, including creating training materials and maintaining procedural manuals.
- Provides consultation, policy translation, and guidance to faculty, chairs, deans, and staff on sensitive or complex academic HR matters.
- Identifies process inconsistencies, bottlenecks, and non-compliance risks; recommends improvements to documentation, training materials, workflows, and adoption practices across units.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Skill in verbal and written communication, report preparation, project management, continuous improvement, problem solving, decision making, teamwork, interpersonal relations, data analysis, and software applications.
- Ability to serve as an ambassador for assigned schools/colleges and the Academic HR Office; work effectively with all levels of management and employees; manage multiple tasks in a complex environment; exercise initiative and sound judgment; maintain confidentiality; develop and implement training; facilitate groups; translate policy clearly; and anticipate, analyze, and resolve problems.
- Monday through Friday; 8:00am through 5:00pm .
- May work around standard office conditions.
