Role Description
The Admissions Counselor II provides advanced professional knowledge, advice, and counseling about the UTA and School of Social Work admission processes. Process, review, and compile graduate admissions files for the master’s and doctoral admissions committees. Keep accurate admissions records and, in the CRM, monitor and follow up with students missing necessary documents to complete their application files. Respond to students’ calls and emails, offer precise admissions information, and document interactions properly in the CRM. Coordinate with University Enrollment Management, Graduate Admissions, SSW Academic Programs, supervisors, and other staff as needed to support the admissions process and resolve any issues. Oversee the scholarship submission process and offer administrative support as required. Represent the university at admissions information sessions or other recruiting events as needed.
