Under the direction of the Assistant Vice President of Facilities Management, this project manager position will plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish, including new construction, renovations, and additions. You will act as owner’s representative and supervise construction of multiple projects to ensure that they are designed and built according to plans and specifications. This position will require that you work closely with design firms and contractors. You will be required to provide detailed estimates, maintain schedule, and deliver the project without exceeding budget. In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office, blueprint reading, and estimating. Revit or AutoCAD knowledge will be an advantage.
Preferred: An associate of applied science degree, bachelor’s degree, or five years of related experience is preferred.
