Faculty Professor Assistant - Full-Time, Psychiatry
UPMC Western Psychiatric Hospital & The Department of Psychiatry at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine currently employ more than 200 psychiatrists and manage more than 500 psychiatric beds across the network. Duties will include providing psychiatric and behavioral health services to patients across the life span for Western Psychiatric Hospital and its clinics. Faculty will also be required to teach UPMC trainees, such as residents and fellows, as well as UPSOM medical students.
Minimum education requirement: MD or DO degree and completion of a psychiatry residency.
Experience working with diverse communities is preferred.
