What are the responsibilities and job description for the RECRUITER position at The University of Oklahoma Foundation, Inc.?
Reporting to the Director of Employee Experience, the Recruiter will lead full-lifecycle recruiting efforts, researching, developing, and implementing hiring strategies to attract qualified and capable talent to the organization. This includes sourcing, recruiting and onboarding fundraising talent, as well as roles across the organization, to support the Foundation’s philanthropic efforts. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications or related field, and 2-4 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process required. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification and familiarity with advancement/fundraising preferred.
