Job Summary:
Inspects, maintains, and repairs specialized equipment and facilities to ensure property meets established standards.Job Description:
- Utilizes specialized equipment to repair and maintain complex machinery, equipment and facility property to prevent further damage and ensure optimal operation.
- Performs routine and non-routine facility inspections.
- Troubleshoots, escalates and documents issues according to established policies and procedures.
- Researches and orders repair parts through the Facilities Management storeroom process.
- Repairs if possible and makes referrals to trade shops as necessary.
Job Responsibilities:
Relevant maintenance experience in research area. Driver's License required.
