The University of Kansas Health System, Department of Anesthesiology, is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for busy academic medical center. Both newly trained and experienced CRNAs are welcome to apply. Enjoy a friendly and collaborative culture with mentorship for new graduates, teamwork, and a positive work environment.
Offering a new graduate stipend of up to $25,000 to SRNAs with early commitment, and a $20,000 signing bonus to experienced CRNAs. Shadowing opportunities are available.
Successful completion of nursing anesthesia program, certification, and eligibility for licensure in the State of Kansas are required.

- Broad caseload in multiple surgical specialties - transplant, trauma, ortho, ENT, neurosurgery, OB and hearts; sub-specialty interests welcome
- CRNAs perform a full range of procedures
- Flexible scheduling available for full and part-time positions, with set day off
- 8, 10, 12-hour shifts with 12-20 scheduled shifts per month
- Ability to move between OR settings, including ASCs
- Established night-team provides majority of call coverage
- Additional compensation for call; averaging ~12/year, with pre and post call day off

- Relocation stipend if moving >50 miles outside Kansas City
