Responsibilities
- Manages all operational functions to include personnel supervision, budget and patient flow to ensure providers have maximum opportunity to provide superior patient care to patients.
- Ensures the clinic meets goals and objectives by establishing clinical targets in coordination with management while guiding office staff.
- Responsible for management of staff, employee relations, orientation and training.
- Acts in accordance with health center management and maintains office budget to ensure healthy fiscal growth.
- Responsible for maintaining credentialing and licensing submission of payroll duties for all employees, and attending ad hoc meetings.
- Responsible for management of quality standards, coordinating with quality assurance coordinator to meet regulatory standards including JCAHO and OSHA.
- Establishes quality assurance measures to include benchmarks and plans for improvement.
- Demonstrates effective leadership by creating a positive work environment and providing regular feedback to all staff.
- Performs regular PMIs with staff, anticipates staff needs and responds accordingly in a timely manner and appropriately responds to and documents employee relation issues.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- 2-year degree in related field
- Current in-state driver’s license
- Eight years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 4-year degree in related field
- Certified Procedural Coder
