Responsibilities
- This position involves the coordination of clinical management, skills assessment and clinical training of KU St. Francis Medical Group staff and patients across the entire continuum of care.
- Manages and coordinates the quality and pay for performance clinical initiatives and key performance indicators of the medical group.
- Serves as a liaison between leadership and the clinics to assisting manager and providers in driving operational performance and improvement initiatives.
- Acts as a clinical resource and a role model for all clinics.
- Collaborates in the development and delivery of care for the University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Medical Group.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Current RN license,
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
3-5 years of clinical nursing experience.
Proven ability to follow protocol specific care delivery
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Interdisciplinary teamwork experience.
- Experience in clinical quality in a medical group setting
- Experience in working with pay for performance metrics in the clinic setting
