Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $18.32 - Midpoint: $21.97 (Hourly N4)
Department/Organization: 209304 - New College Life Track
Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Job Summary: The OTIDE Academic Records Associate maintains accurate and secure student records for the department or college by handling the administrative matters relating to evaluating transfer credits, advising students, course scheduling and degree verifications.
Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and two (2) years of administrative experience; OR associate’s degree.
Skills and Knowledge: Attention to detail. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively work with various groups of people. Computer skills. Knowledge of different types of software to include word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in dealing with the public. Experience working with student information systems like Banner, Degree Works, and other student information systems.
